1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the ace 444 platform, accessible at ace-444.club ("the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to the sports betting interface, live casino lobby, slots section, crash games, account management tools, promotional pages, and customer support channels — you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

ace 444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated via a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ace 444 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary platform downtime. ace 444 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the ace 444 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ace-444.club.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who creates an account or uses any service offered by the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ace 444 before processing certain transactions.

2. Age & Eligibility

The ace 444 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place bets, play casino games, or use any real-money service offered by ace 444. By creating an account, you expressly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+

ace 444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, ace 444 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and automated bots are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or court-mandated, that prohibits you from using gambling platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of ace 444 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using a shared or joint account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

ace 444 employs age-verification tools as part of its KYC compliance programme. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at ace 444's discretion following an investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on ace 444, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You must keep your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the ace 444 support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ace 444 is required to verify the identity of players as part of its responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, when a withdrawal request exceeds ৳10,000, or at any time at ace 444's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and recent bank or mobile wallet statement confirming your registered address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

ace 444 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is optional, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. Players who do not enable 2FA assume a greater personal responsibility for account security. ace 444 will not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to protect their own account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ace 444 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace 444 supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure that every player across Bangladesh can fund their account and receive withdrawals quickly and conveniently.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC verification.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method and network conditions.
• ace 444 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification before processing. ace 444 may request additional documentation for larger amounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ace 444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation, KYC review, or verification of compliance with these terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing casino games on ace 444, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. ace 444 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through the normal operation of its betting and gaming products.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute, ace 444's decision is final.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the point at which ace 444's trading system determines the market is closed. Bets placed after a market has closed will be voided.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ace 444's specific event rules for that sport and market type.
• ace 444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error on the part of the trading team.
• Minimum bet stake is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placement.

5.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing organisations. Results are fair, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Players must comply with the studio's table rules as displayed during the game session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game result will be determined by the outcome of that round and settled accordingly. ace 444 is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information — strictly prohibited and reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion between players in poker or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or data feed errors to place bets at incorrect odds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ace 444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cricket cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, new player only, specific payment method required) are stated within the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; casino slots may contribute between 50% and 100%; live casino games may contribute as little as 5% or 10%. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• ace 444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be notified and their situation handled fairly.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts closed permanently.

7. User Obligations

As a player on the ace 444 Platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and the spirit of fair play. The following obligations apply to your use of the Platform at all times.

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or financing of illegal activities.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information to ace 444 at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interactions.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of the ace 444 Platform, including its software, data feeds, APIs, or security infrastructure.
• You will not scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform for commercial purposes without express written permission from ace 444.
• You will not impersonate any other person, create accounts in another person's name, or use another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• You will promptly notify ace 444 if you become aware of any security vulnerability, data breach, or suspicious activity affecting the Platform.
• You will gamble responsibly. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you will make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by ace 444 or seek independent support.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the money you wager. You will not hold ace 444 liable for losses arising from normal participation in betting and casino games.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ace 444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 5.3.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Confirmed or suspected involvement in match-fixing, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Evidence of underage gambling — accounts of players found to be under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Player request — you may close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the ace 444 support team.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your ace 444 account voluntarily, please contact the support team via live chat or email at support@ace-444.club. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Please allow up to 3 business days for closure requests to be processed fully.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. ace 444 will also suppress any promotional communications to you during this time. 8.3 Appeals

If your account has been suspended or closed by ace 444 and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@ace-444.club with the subject line "Account Closure Appeal" and providing a detailed explanation of your case. ace 444 will review all appeals within 10 business days and respond with its findings. The outcome of an appeal review is final.
